5:00-6:45pm.   AmCham is delighted to invite you to a panel on Thursday, February 26, 2015 on best practices and innovative approaches for women's networks. The Women's Foundation and participating companies will share their insights on launching and running effective employee networks.
 
Topics to be discussed:
Why set up a women's network? Key learnings in terms of effective structures, succession planning, involving men in the network, and branding for the network What kind of activities are women's networks involved in?
The Women’s Foundation in collaboration with McKinsey has identified organisational best practices for corporate women’s networks in Hong Kong and beyond, drawing on one-on-one interviews with key executives from over 40 companies and two well-attended workshops on the success markers for women’s networks.
TWF recently released the learnings and recommendations from these sessions in the form of a practical resource for companies - copies of the resource will be available at the session.
