12:00-1:45pm. Buildings in our city consume around 90% of our annual electricity and gas usage.  How can we make them more efficient and help contribute to both saving carbon and saving running costs?
 
The Hong Kong Green Building Council has been working on a roadmap to a new vision for 2030, with a more sustainable built environment and a significant reduction in the energy intensity of building use.
 
Ir. Conrad Wong, as Chairman of the Hong Kong Green Building Council, will show you how to make a difference in the way both technology and behavioural change can support a greener vision for the future, in both commercial and residential buildings.  Together we can build a better Hong Kong!

Conrad Wong , Chairman of the Hong Kong Green Building Council, will share his vision of how Hong Kong can develop a low carbon sustainable built environment in Hong Kong by 2030.  Ir. Wong will look at how stakeholders can work together to design, build, better manage, more energy efficient and sustainable buildings in Hong Kong.
