If you think our brains will not change after childhood, recent studies show that it is not true! No doubt, our brains have a complex structure. Neuroplasticity, also called brain plasticity or neural plasticity, is the brain's ability to change continuously throughout an individual's life.
Whenever we learn something, new connections between our neurons are created. Our brains often have to adapt to new circumstances therefore create new pathways. This happens every day, but is also something that we can encourage and stimulate.
So, how can we train our brain to make use of this powerful capability? How does neuroplasticity apply to our workplace? Join us as we explore these questions and learn to rewire our brains!
