Connecting the Dots between Leadership, Decision Making and Corporate Culture
Women of Influence
6:00-7:30pm. Fast changing business environments are a given. Successful leaders know how to drive effective decision making processes under uncertainty and stress. During this presentation we will connect the dots between leadership, decision making and corporate culture. Biased thinking is one explanation why leaders sometimes make spectacularly bad decisions. We will break through the common assumption of the rational human mind and show how this can help us explain certain leadership behavior and aspects of corporate culture. Great leaders already know that the secret to success lies in the collective intelligence of a strong team and actively managed corporate cultures.
We will invite you to share your thoughts and feedback on how businesses as complex systems can perform and stand out. Hilde will share her views and work experiences on the dynamics between leadership and corporate culture.
