According to national regulations to enforce the Greater Bay Area ("GBA") Individual Income Tax ("IIT") rebate policy in Southern China, the Guangdong provincial tax bureau and the provincial financial department had announced circular No. 31, to allow the local government of the nine cities involved to determine the respective local implementation rules by end of July 2019. Up to now, the Guangzhou, Zhongshan and Jiangmen governments had announced the finalized rules, and the other six cities are still under preparation.

In this seminar, professionals from PwC Global Mobility Services will share their analysis on the available local rules and give suggestions on how to manage the future employee deployment, secure the IIT incentives, and achieve tax efficiency.
