The new PRC Trademark Law, which came into effect on May 1, 2014, has introduced considerable changes to the trademark regime in China.
In this seminar, the speakers will address the key changes to the law as they affect: (i) trademark registration, opposition and cancellation procedures; (ii) well-known trade marks protection; (iii) trademark squatting; and (iv) trademark enforcement, and share their views on how brand owners can protect their interests in the most cost-effective way under the new law.
