Environment Manager at MTR Corporation

Siu-kuen Lo is a senior engineer in the Energy Efficiency Office of Electrical and Mechanical Services Department. He is responsible for the implementation of the first of its kind District Cooling System at the Kai Tak development from the project planning, feasibility study, initial engineering design, contract formulation, construction supervision and operation of the system.

Richard Kwan is the Environment Manager of MTR and a seasoned professional with 30-plus years of experience in the environmental management field.  For the past 13 years he leads the environmental efforts associated with the planning and building of new railway lines, and ensures that the projects are in full compliance with the requirements of the relevant environmental legislation.  Richard is also a noise and acoustics specialist.  He is a former chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Acoustics.

As Director - Technical Services of Power Systems, CLP Power, Eddie Wu is responsible for a wide range of technical operations including protection, telecommunications, digital control & automation, electrical workshop, power quality, electrical vehicle, security and metering.  Prior to his current role, he had experience in strategy & planning, energy management, customer services and new business development in CLP.  Before joining CLP, he worked in management consulting and utility industry in New Zealand, Australia and Greater China. Eddie is a Chartered Engineer of HKIE and an Executive Committee member of the JC-PIPI chapter of IEEE HK.
