What is happiness?
When asking that question, we get a different answer every time.  It's personal.
Business growth focuses heavily on productization in order to scale.  The challenge is, the more a business scales, the less personal it becomes.
Ever struggle with taking a product into a new market?  I have.  It's personal.
By forcing humans into buckets, we ignore what fundamentally drives human decisions - our emotional disposition.
In some decisions it weighs heavily, like career path and relationships, and in others it competes with logic, like purchasing stationery.  But in most cases, emotions contribute 60% or more to the final decision to act.
So, can we personalise business at scale?
Some technology companies provide this experience: Google, Netflix and Apple.
But what about non-technology companies?
We believe so.  As a startup in neuroscience and machine learning, we've created the eyes and ears for a company to understand emotions and create a human experience.
At this session, we'll share why emotions matter to some of our clients and how the get personal at scale.
