The ultimate measure of a team's effectiveness is in the results it produces. But success is just the tip of the iceberg. The real components of successful teamwork that lead up to the pinnacle are based on the relationships, communication and attitudes within the team. Simple as it sounds, such team effectiveness is not easy to achieve. There are several moving parts – roles, behaviors, and sometimes the team members.
But given 'what's on stake' it is absolutely critical to have clarity and stability in team performances. And as team leaders/people mangers, we need to have a strategy aligning our needs, resources and time to build teams and manage results. In this session, you will:
· Assess the level of cohesion in your teams and the behaviors critical to achieve team effectiveness
· Identify areas of development and the intensity of the development gap
· Align your needs with time and resources to achieve these learning needs
