How are corporate leaders and leadership teams in Asia performing? As economies and businesses grow, younger leaders from different generations take on leadership responsibilities and the complexity of organizations and their operations increases how are leaders and teams based in Asia doing. This is a critical question for the effectiveness, competitiveness and performance of companies across the region. At this lunch seminar you will hear about the analysis of the research as well as actual company experiences from senior leaders at multinational organizations in Asia which have been running programmes to improve the performance of senior teams.

Leading Organisations is a consultancy that focuses on team performance improvement. In collaboration with Professor Elizabeth George of the Department of Management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, has been assessing and benchmarking leadership team performance across Asia over the last 24 months. This work reveals important trends for the way leadership and teams operate today as well as insights into areas for performance development for the future.
