Hong Kong is the ninth largest trading entity in the world with a sophisticated trading and logistics industry.  In 2013, our trade in goods amounted to over $8.2 trillion, approaching four times of GDP.
Hong Kong has been participating actively in international forums and numerous trade negotiations with a view to safeguarding existing market access and opening new markets for our goods and services.
Kenneth Mak, the Director-General of Trade and Industry of Hong Kong, will give an overview on the work of the Government in achieving Hong Kong's trade policy objectives, especially focusing on the opportunities to the business sector.
