In addition to evaluating the macro and micro economic trends affecting the U.S. real estate market, it is critical for potential investors to also understand the U.S. tax implications as taxation can have a significant impact on the overall economics of an investment.
On September 17 , 2015, senior-level U.S. tax professionals from Zhong Lun Law Firm and KPMG will discuss how to approach the challenging task of achieving U.S. tax efficiency when investing in U.S.
real estate – from both a corporate/institutional investor and an individual/family group investor perspective.
