Return on Investment (ROI) for International Assignments is frequently cited as one performance indicator for which Mobility, Talent and HR managers require better visibility. The challenge has traditionally been a lack of clarity regarding how to measure it.

It is increasingly clear that the measurement of Assignment ROI must vary according to the priorities that drive any assignment investment, and only then, once those priorities are defined, can effective tracking and measurement be established.

This interactive session will start with a presentation from Crown World Mobility's Consulting Practice Leader and discuss the latest thinking in assessing International Assignment Return on Investment.
Lisa Johnson will share examples of how companies are approaching their ROI strategies and developing improved methods for measurement.
The presentation will include examples of strategies specific to ROI in Asia, such as the development of future Asian leaders, employee retention and maximising the investment for assignees coming into Asia and participants will be invited to share their own experiences of ROI strategies and challenges.

This forum will provide the ideal opportunity to network with peers and share current best practices and challenges.
