Have you been seeing people getting in great shape, talking about an online fitness program that involves a lot of jumping rope, eating right, and exercising daily? This is the famous Peak Condition Project, and it has been taking Hong Kong by storm for the last three years.

AmCham's Sports & Entertainment Committee is pleased to bring to you the founder of this program, Patrick Reynolds. He will join us for a fun and informative breakfast gathering at AmCham's office. Topics will include simple, effective changes you can make to your lifestyle to look and feel better, as well as advice for experienced exercisers looking to get in their best possible condition.
There will also be ample time for Q&A regarding health and wellness.

Patrick has trained thousands of people all over the globe both in person and online. Take this chance to gain some quick and dirty fitness tips as well as some deeper thoughts on being well in the modern world.
