Travis Barton

Principal and Hong Kong Business Leader, Talent Consulting at Mercer

Travis Barton is a Principal and Business Leader for Talent practice with Mercer Hong Kong.   She helps organizations manage their workforce talent and Human Resources function to optimize value and performance.   Travis has more than 15 years of Human Capital experience with a wide range of issues including leadership assessment and development, succession planning, performance management, and organization design.   In addition, she serves as Mercer’s Global Product Manager for two of its leadership assessment tools – 360 Degree Feedback and TalentSim.   Before joining Mercer, Travis held a variety of internal HR positions in Talent Development, Compensation and Employee Communications & Change Management. Travis holds a BA in IO Psychology from Davidson College and an MBA with concentration in Organizational Behavior from Georgia Institute of Technology. She has a Senior Professional Human Resources certification and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.



Connie Leung is a Principal and the business leader of Information Solutions at Mercer (Hong Kong) Limited. Connie has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and specialized in compensation and benefits area. She spent more than 10 years’ time in compensation and benefits consulting in Hong Kong and China and about 5 years’ time as an in-house specialist at a major bank in Hong Kong.   Connie has lots of experience in working with both local and regional clients for different projects including remuneration surveys for locals and expatriates, job evaluation as well as grading and salary structures, etc. In addition, she also got in-house experiences on human resources restructures, compensation and benefits policy review and development, and the related communications.   Connie received a Professional Diploma on Human Resources Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
