Treena Nairne leads EY’s talent communications programs across Asia-Pacific, providing ongoing communications coaching for leaders and project leads, leading strategic communications on all-people programs and providing support to Regional Communications teams on People & Engagement Communications. Prior to her role at EY, Treena worked on internal communications at HSBC (Asia-Pacific), in marketing for Pearson Education and as journalist for The Globe and Mail and other newspapers and magazines in Canada. She is a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Journalism and Political Science (Honours).



Natalie Rob has been head of internal communications Asia-Pacific for BASF, the world's leading chemical company, since 2010. In this role, she is responsible for developing the regional internal communications strategy and managing the internal communication activities across six sub-regions. She works closely with the regional leadership team on internal communications and change management issues, particularly on company-wide change programs and projects. Prior to BASF, Natalie worked in human resources for one of Australia’s largest international financial services organization and previous roles in marketing communications and event management with a US-based IT consulting company. She holds a bachelor’s degree of Business, Human Resources from Monash University in Australia and has an Executive Masters in Consulting and Coaching for Change at INSEAD.



Laura McHale is a senior communications practitioner and speechwriter at UBS AG, based in Hong Kong.  Laura has over 15 years of experience creating and implementing communications strategies for global organizations and is an award-winning writer, with primary expertise in financial services, corporate social responsibility, international affairs and human rights.  She specializes in executive and C-suite communications.  She is a highly-rated presenter on communications at international conferences and a trained facilitator for employee focus groups. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California San Diego, and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University in New York.  She achieved the Accreditation in Business Communications (ABC) from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) in 2011.

Shas led numerous campaigns, ranging from internal restructurations to new business strategy launches and cultural change initiatives around sustainability and other business issues.

She has won multiple awards in this area including the PR Week Asia Employee Communications Campaign of the Year (2013) for her work with Pfizer Emerging Markets Asia and the SABRE Award for Best Employee Communications Campaign of the Year (2012) for her work with Damco, the logistics arm of shipping giant A.P. Moller – Maersk.

Perrine has worked in France and China (Shanghai) before moving to Hong Kong in 2009. She graduated from the Lyon Institute of Political Studies in France with a B.A. in international affairs and holds a Master’s degree in business management from Paris Dauphine University.

She received the Asia Pacific Young PR Professional of the Year Award in March 2012.
