You are invited to our joint meeting which will be held on Wednesday, March 13 at 12:30pm to welcome Mr. Darren Benson, Senior Director, Industrial & Logistics Services, Mr. Edward Farrelly, Director, CBRE Research and Mr. Amod Jayawant, Director-Critical Environments, Industrial & Logistics Services of CBRE, Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan who will give a talk on Robbing Peter to pay Paul –The rights and wrongs of Industrial redevelopment.
 
DETAILS
The latest internal discussion has been to provide a brief Industrial overview, focusing on the lack of space for industrialists but also the opportunities for alternative users to take advantage of the conversion opportunities.  Some subtopics would include: the technical/commercial aspects of conversion, sales aspects, the supply crunch, conversion to Data Centers, the case for new office space or more budget friendly converted space.
