Anita Lam is Of Counsel at DLA Piper Hong Kong, who is a solicitor advocate, an accredited mediator, a certified fraud examiner and has significant experience across the spectrum of employment law. She has handled a number of high-profile court cases relating to, amongst other things, dismissal of senior executives, payment of discretionary bonuses and commission, team mobility, sexual harassment, and gender and disability discrimination. Anita has extensive experience in data privacy matters, regularly assisting clients to deal with privacy complaints and compliance checks, personal data issues, such as mini bond complaints, use of CCTV and use of data processors.  Anita has been recognised as a leading Employment lawyer by Chambers Asia Pacific since 2013. Robert Rady-Pentek is an Associate Director with the Deloitte Consulting Hong Kong office.  Robert is a specialist in the field of Business Analytics having served clients over the past 15 years in manufacturing, electric utility and banking industries. Robert has provided consultation services in data analytics execution, analytics strategy, manufacturing strategy and performance improvement.
 

Bianca Wong  has been in the human resources field for more than 13 years. As Group HR and Corporate Communications Director, she is responsible for the overall strategy and programmes related to human resources across all Business Units within Jebsen. She also leads and oversees the Group’s Corporate Communications strategy and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes across the Greater China region, to promote and cultivate a credible Jebsen brand and uphold its reputation. Prior to joining Jebsen, she worked for FedEx as Managing Director, Human Resource Services for North Asia, responsible for all HR functions for the region as well as HRIS and was based in Tokyo, Japan prior to returning to Hong Kong in 2009. She holds a Master of Science degree from University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Pennsylvania in the US.
