Lisa Johnson joined Crown World Mobility' in November 2012. Lisa has 20 years of industry experience. In her current role as Global Practice Leader for CWM's Consulting Services she is responsible for supporting our clients and account teams in the areas of Global Mobility program and policy design and enhancements. She is also responsible for CWM's quarterly Perspectives article series, along with research and thought leadership output for the organization. Her articles have been published in numerous industry magazines including Mobility, Compensation & Benefits Review , and HR Executive and she is a regular speaker at industry conferences in Asia, EMEA, Latin America and North America.  
 
Lisa's extensive work in linking mobility to talent management and assignment related ROI strategies, conducting industry-specific research and leading client-driven consulting engagements adds valuable support to Crown World Mobility's consulting services. Her most recent research project focused on Linking Mobility to Diversity & Inclusion strategies. In recent years she has also studied the impact of the millennial generation on the mobility industry and assignments into challenging locations. Additionally, she brings a background in global leadership development, intercultural training and change management initiatives.
 
Born in Japan, and having lived and worked in Central America and Spain, with frequent business travel in Asia, Latin America and Europe, Lisa currently lives with her husband and son in Brooklyn, New York.

Penny Angove is the Asia Pacific Mobility Leader at EY.  She is based in Hong Kong.  Penny has been working in mobility for over 15 years and has deep expertise in both mobility services and expatriate taxation. She is also a Chartered Accountant.  Prior to working for EY, Penny was employed as a Director in the Tax Service Line at PwC specialising in Global Mobility Services.  She spent more than 10 years at PwC specialising in expatriate taxation issues, human resources consulting, mobility assignment services and employee share schemes taxation advice for multi-national companies. 
 
Penny was born in Adelaide, Australia, before moving to Melbourne in 1997. In 2007 she moved with her husband to Hong Kong. Penny has 2 young boys aged 8 and 6 .
