Ever have problems communicating and connecting with certain customers? Not sure how to approach some tough customers? Why do some tactics work with some customers but not others?

 
This informative seminar will deliver a systematic framework to build better relationships with customers. We will use Extended DISC®, a tool that identifies people's main behavioral styles. The purpose is to facilitate interactions with people so that one can more effectively communicate and influence customers.
T he system can also be used with not just customers, but also bosses, peers and team members.
