The eco-system of Non Practicing Entities (NPE) in the U.S. has changed radically since a seminal 2007 U.S. Supreme Court ruling on licensing practices. Several surprising consequences of the Court's ruling will be introduced, from opening the door for legal and financial deal makers to more aggressive licensing practices.
Many U.S.- based NPE's are preparing to leverage their model, skills and capital internationally. How might they impact Asian IP markets?
Kindly note that presentation materials will only be distributed to MEMBER ATTENDEES only.
