Emails are a fact of life, some of us love them, some of us hate them, and nearly all of us spend a huge amount of our time dealing with them. Email is a wonderful tool for communication when used well, but it also has the potential to confuse, annoy and even damage relationships with the receiver.
The aim of this workshop is to help participants inject tact, concern and appropriate language in their emails.
The objective of the session will be to have participants set structural models of emails against familiar situations using a range of words and expressions which soften responses and follow good language etiquette.
