8:00-9:30am.  Small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) are the heart and soul of the Hong Kong economy. There are about 320,000 SMBs in Hong Kong. They constitute 98% of business establishments and employ about 50% of the workforce in the private sector. Their vitality and business performance are of crucial importance to the development of the economy.
SMB's come to Facebook to grow their businesses and to reach their current, past and potential customers – especially on mobile.
Join us for this session with Elizabeth Hernandez, Facebook's head of public policy for Asia Pacific, and learn what Facebook is doing to inspire, energize and empower SMBs, especially women-owned enterprises. And pick up a few tips from SMBs — such as Hong Kong eCommerce startup Casetify — that are using Facebook Pages effectively to increase their customer base, build brand loyalty and create jobs.
