China is working on the third draft of the amendment to its copyright Law. The National Copyright Administration of the PRC released two drafts of the proposed amendment in March and July 2012 respectively. Based on the first two drafts that have been published, the amendment, if approved, will be the most comprehensive amendment to the PRC Copyright Law to-date.
Zhen (Katie) Feng from Hogan Lovells will highlight some of the most important amendments that have been proposed in the drafts and the way they may shape up in the third draft and benchmark these changes against international developments in copyright law.
