What social media trends are most crucial to understand and leverage from a business point of view? How has 'social' moved from being media-centric to being a core component of business beyond the communications and marketing department? What are the make all, break all decisions companies need to make concerning resources and strategies to profit on this rapidly changing arena and mitigate risk?
