Kate Bravery is a Partner and the Global Practices Leader for Mercer’s Career business. Her role involves strategizing growth opportunities for Human Capital Consulting, bringing new products to market and supporting the business’ six professional practices; Talent Strategy, Mobility, Workforce Rewards, Executive Rewards, HR Transformation and Communication.
Previously Kate led Mercer’s Leadership & Organizational Performance practice across Asia, Middle East and Africa, and before that she was the Human Capital Business Leader in Hong Kong. She has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Capital field across 4 continents with deep expertise in Talent Strategy, Leadership Development and the design of integrated HRM solutions.
Kate commenced her career with American Express where she focused on new employee orientation and its impact on cultural integration. Her interest in cross-cultural leadership and decision making have been constants throughout her career. She is a UK Chartered Occupational Psychologist with an MBA and an MSc. in Organizational Psychology.
Kate is passionate about helping clients achieve a talent advantage that equates to real business impact and personally appreciates the challenges associated with doing business and managing talent in growth market environments.

Kelly Cheung graduated with a BBA in Hotel & Tourism Management from Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has been with Macao Government Tourism Office – Representative in Hong Kong (MGTO-HK) as internship since her university studies. Kelly officially joined MGTO (HK) after graduation and is in charge of the incentive market, in particular corporate, student and wedding markets as well as the consumer market. Her expertise is in destination marketing, event management and public relations.
She has led over 50 seminars and luncheons and introduced Macao as an Incentive Destination to 6,000 guests in the past five years, successfully assisted over 8,200 Hong Kong corporate clients and over 3,100 Hong Kong students to visit Macao for incentive purpose under MGTO’s Incentive Schemes and Travel Stimulation Program.
