It is also true that in an increasingly competitive market, there is mounting pressure to develop or deepen relationships more quickly. This interactive talk will help you be more persuasive, understand how to build stronger relationships and give you a deeper understanding of what makes people more likely to say ‘yes’.

  • Trust: What it is, how we get it and how we keep it
  • The 6 Principles of Social Influence
  • The ‘language’ of persuasion

The session will reveal the techniques used by experts in influencing the thoughts and behaviours of others. Participants will be asked to consider how to apply these techniques back at the workplace – and perhaps at home!
