Hong Kong is a multi-cultural society and a city where leaders can experience many contrasting habits and attitudes. The concept of culture reveals the values and behaviours of different nationalities and groups. Leading Across Cultures requires us to expand our worldview and consider differences of every kind, including corporate cultures and professional groups.

In order to be successful in Leading Across Cultures we need to enhance our awareness when communicating cross-culturally, exploring identity, negotiating territory, establishing boundaries, determining power distance and organizing as a group.

Join us on November 22, 2017 for discussion and sharing experiences on Leading Across Cultures with Case Everaert of Black Isle Group and Bart De Wit of Bluwater Consultants.
