    Lynette Oat is the Chief Growth Officer of Multinational Employer and Payer Solutions at Optum International. In this role, she is responsible for leading the global sales, account management and client support teams to drive growth, develop product and market strategy and build strong client-facing teams. Prior to joining Optum International, Ms. Oat held numerous client-facing growth positions including National Vice President Strategic Accounts at Optum where she was responsible for the top 60 most strategic clients and partners in the U.S.

    Before joining Optum, Ms. Oat was responsible for healthcare strategy and resources at Delta Air Lines. While at Delta, she oversaw a team of professionals responsible for strategy, design and performance of Delta’s health plan benefits for their 100,000 employees, retirees and dependents around the globe. During her tenure, she managed the benefits plans to maximize efficiency and lower company costs, while providing significant value and resources for Delta employees worldwide.

    As a benefits and services professional, Ms. Oat has spoken at many national and global events for health and wellness strategy, design, measurement and sourcing in support of multinational employers, payers and consultant organizations. Ms. Oat has received multiple awards, recognition and certifications including Delta’s Chairman Club (2000), Wharton School of Business Executive Development Program (2008) and Optum Sales Leader of the Year (2014).
