Julie Brandt was appointed as President of Otis Elevator – Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan in October 2015. Julie is based in Hong Kong and is responsible for the business operations of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
Under her leadership, Otis Hong Kong has further reinforced Otis’ legacy of innovation by being the first region to launch the global program on field service digitalization. And she fully supports to promote innovation culture by introducing the Innovation Catalyst program to the organization. Prior to the current role, she served as Director Sales, Marketing and Business Development of United Technologies – Building & Industrial Systems in Latin America which includes brands of Otis Elevators & Escalators, Lenel Security System, Edwards Fire Systems and Automated Logic Building Automation Systems. Julie joined Otis Elevator Company in 1996 in the United States and she was responsible for projects in Asia with focus on Greater China. She had held general management roles in various US regions with overall leadership responsibility for operations in Service and New Equipment. Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & International Business and an MBA from Indiana University. She serves on the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and was Co-chair of the Innovation & Technology Committee in 2017. Victoria Gilbert leads the Wellness Consulting business for Colliers International in Asia Pacific. She has extensive international consulting experience, focused on integrating wellness and sustainability principles into corporate strategy, workplace, and building design. She was formerly Vice President at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), wherein she was responsible for the launch of The WELL Building Standard in Asia and creation of the WELL Faculty network. Victoria has consulted on over 25 projects in the region, and brings this expertise to both occupiers and developers to ensure their spaces provide an environment that enhances the performance, productivity, and well-being of their people.

Ellie Tang is currently Head of Sustainability at New World Development Company Limited and General Manager – Sustainability at K11 Concepts Limited, where she formulated and drives the “New World Sustainability Vision 2030” across the Group’s business operations, supports ESG risk management and disclosure, and leads sustainable building standardization.
Ellie’s sustainability experience covers strategy and planning, environmental management, ESG reporting, carbon credit project development, policy consulting, and stakeholder relationship management. She was previously the Asia Pacific Coordinator of the “HSBC Water Programme” – a global USD100m partnership with governments and NGOs to improve access to fresh water and sanitation, relevant policy support, and community livelihoods. Ellie holds a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University, U.S. A holistic sustainability practitioner, Ellie is also a certified health coach and a marathon runner. In her 20 years of professional experience, Yvonne Chow has worked on projects across Asia, including in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Xian, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Manila. Her expertise lies in creating of human centered future workplaces for multinational corporations.
Yvonne’s versatility is demonstrated by her diverse portfolio of work, which embraces projects for companies in the banking, law, high-tech, advertising, retail and hospitality sectors. Her strength lies in her ability to consistently balance creative design concepts against the functional & commercial realities of implementation. Yvonne’s design thinking goes beyond the aesthetic. Start from understanding of client’s needs and considering of human factors, she believes a great work place, not only create moments of surprise and delight, but also empowers people in their daily work & enrich their life.
