Please join us at the Apparel, Footwear and Supply Chain Committee 2019 kick-off meeting at VF Asia office from 8:30-10:00am on January 30. The purpose of the meeting is solicit ideas and inputs for the committee direction in 2019. We look forward to your suggestions.


During this meeting, Mr. Abdul Qadir Memon, Consul General of Consulate-General of Pakistan, Hong Kong & Macau SAR, will discuss the upcoming trade delegation that they are forming to visit Pakistan in April.


Mr. Abdul Qadir Memon was appointed as the Consul General of Pakistan on June 2016. Mr. Qadir Memon carries a vast experience in trade development, trade policy framework and revenue collection.


Prior his joining at this Mission, Mr. Qadir Memon has been working as Chief Customs at the Federal Board of Revenue, Islamabad. He has also been involved in projects to enhance Pakistan's capacity in trade development as well as in framing trade agreements for Pakistan with other countries.


Besides doing Masters in Business Administration from Pakistan Institute of Management Karachi, he has also done his Masters in Public Policy from Graduate Research Institute for Policy Studies, Tokyo Japan. He is also Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow 2004 USA.
