Please join our next AF & SC Committee planning meeting on March 14, Thursday at Academy Hong Kong office. We will review the past Apparel & Footwear Committee activities; update on forthcoming events and future events – theme for the rest of 2019 and suggestion of new topics / speakers.


During the meeting, Professor Emily Nason, Associate Dean, Undergraduate Student Affairs and Sophia Wan, Assistant Director, UG Student Development & Career Services of School of Business and Management at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) will discuss on the curriculum. Emily looks after UG Student Affairs including admissions and career placement of UG business students and is also familiar with the curriculum side of UG Programs. Sophia is taking care of the career placement of UG business students.


We also invite Talent Acquisition/Human Resource Managers for interactive discussion for business requirements of hiring new graduates. This will be an exchange between academia and business to better understand each other's needs for training and hiring new graduates into the apparel, footwear, and supply chain field
