Join us on Friday, April 17 at 12:00 p.m. for a Q&A webinar with representatives from the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong and Macau's American Citizen Services (ACS) unit. This is an opportunity for AmCham members to ask specific questions about services provided to U.S. citizens in Hong Kong and Macau, including emergency, passport, and citizenship services.




Please join us for a Zoom meeting with the following details:


  • Webinar details will be sending out a day before the event.
  • If you are new to Zoom, here​ are instructions on how to download the software and join a meeting. Please familiarize yourself with the platform beforehand.
  • Please log in (your registered membership email) at 11:45am, 15 minutes in advance of the session start time. This will allow time to troubleshoot any technical issues and start promptly at 12:00pm.
  • Please type in your questions in the "Chat" button at the bottom screen, the moderator will be selecting questions during the Q&A sessions. If you are using the mobile app, please click "Participants" then "Chat."

    Vincent Cilli is the Acting ACS Chief at the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong and Macau. Previously, he served in the consular sections of the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad and the U.S. Consulate General in Hyderabad. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Vincent holds an MPA from the University of Hong Kong.

    Brendan Mullarkey is the Consular Chief at the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong and Macau. Prior to arriving to Hong Kong in summer 2018, Brendan served as Consular Chief in Havana, Cuba from 2015-2018. He has also served in Sierra Leone, Colombia, Brazil and Washington, DC.

    Brad Norton

    Visa Unit Chief at US Consulate General in Hong Kong & Macau

    Brad Norton has served as the Visa Unit Chief at the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong and Macau since July 2017. He previously served at the U.S. Embassies in Mexico City and Vilnius, the U.S. Consulates General in Shanghai and Tijuana, and in the Bureau of Consular Affairs in Washington, D.C. He has an MPA from Columbia University and a BA in International Affairs and Latin American Studies from the George Washington University.
