As the world faces geo-political, economic, social and environmental challenges, it has never been more important to invest in talent. According to the WEF's 2018 Future of Jobs Report, 75 million jobs will disappear in 20 major economies by 2022. At the same time, however, technological advances and new ways of working could also create 133 million new roles. Workers will therefore need to be reskilled to fill these new roles. As Industry 4.0 approaches, these roles will be very different from the current roles that workers are performing.

In the face of so much uncertainty about what the jobs of the future will entail, how can companies prepare to reskill their workforce? How can they prepare to educate workers for jobs that don't yet exist? How can workers prepare themselves?

First 15-20 minutes is for networking
