Employers are increasingly aware of the important role they play in the well-being and mental health of their employees. However, open discussion of mental health is often avoided, perhaps due to shame, stigma, or a lack of general knowledge.

Employees in Hong Kong, who operate in high-pressure environments with long working hours apart from their family and friends, may be particularly susceptible to developing depression, anxiety and other serious mental health issues. How can employers best support their staff to ensure they remain healthy, happy and productive employees? What is an employer's duty of care to their employees? And how can we work together to make sure everyone has access to the mental health support they need?

Join our panel of experts in this frank and open discussion on mental health and well-being in the workplace.
